We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we do! However we understand that you may want to touch and feel your new car radio or accessory before you make a final decision. Because of this, we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase even if it's just because you change your mind, or it doesn't work on your project. Please note this excludes custom orders and sale items.
Please ensure you return your item(s) unused and in their original unmarked packaging (including boxes, mounting hardware, fixing screws and accessories and protective wrapping) along with a completed returns form. Please contact us here at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and we will provide the return form for completion.
We are unable to provide refunds for items that are damaged or marked, so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to us.Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.

Although we check each and every item that leaves Touge Nation, if on delivery your item is damaged we will replace the item or offer a refund if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order. All radio hardware shipments are covered under our own in-house delivery insurance, your investment is safe.If this is the case the first step is to email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping or a store credit to the same value.
