We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we do! We offer a 30 day return policy for all items on our online store with the exception of printed products. Our printed products are custom made-to-order items and are not subject to any offer to exchange or refund due to incorrect purchases or change-of-mind situations. If for some reason you are experiencing a manufacturing fault or error we will only too pleased to assist in remedying the problem. Printed products deemed faulty or damaged from delivery will only be replaced with the same design and colour as the original order.
If you purchase qualifies for a return, please ensure you return your item(s) unused and in their original unmarked packaging (including boxes, mounting hardware, fixing screws and accessories and protective wrapping) along with a completed returns form. We are unable to provide refunds for items that are damaged or marked, so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to us.
Please contact us here at sales@tougenation.com.au to notify us of your return and we will provide the return form for completion.
Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS
Although we check each and every item that leaves Touge Nation, if on delivery your item is damaged we will replace the item.
If this is the case the first step is to email us at sales@tougenation.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping or a store credit to the same value.
