SUPER SEAL GRAPHITE LAMINATED TURBO DOWN-PIPE FLANGE GASKET : TOYOTA CT26

Super Seal gaskets are not your ordinary gasket, offering a unique graphite laminated design with an incredible 40% compress-ability rating. This means that Super Seal gaskets are perfect for original manifolds with imperfect surface faces!

Super Seal gaskets have a 316 Stainless Steel tanged and perforated inner shim stock combined with partially compressed graphite lamination on both sides. The have an advertised operating temperature of up to 730°C (1346°F) making them perfect for exhaust manifolds and flanges.

Installation Tips

• Take care while handling the gasket and be sure to prevent bending or folding the gasket which may damage the graphite laminate.
• Ensure that both mating surfaces and dry and clean of any residual gasket materials.
• Do NOT apply with sealant of any kind. The gasket should be applied completely dry. Provide equal and adequate torque to the retainers. Allow engine to run to temperature and cool. Re-torque fasteners as required.
• Super Seal laminated gaskets are NOT reusable. Once compressed correctly they will not be able to be removed without complete or partial de-lamination.
