Over its previous three generations, ROADSTER/MX-5 has been delivered to over one million owners and remained a 2-seater sports car that admired around the world.
The new ROADSTER/MX-5, which has been designed aiming to be "Jinba Ittai" (Driver and vehicle as one), is much lighter than the previous generation. The light body is able to provide better driving feeling and exhilarating acceleration.
HKS has begun development of the exhaust part and suspension that will brings out the quality of the vehicle itself to provide better driving feeling.
HKS is foreseeing needs for the advanced tuning of this vehicle, and we will provide products that realize comfortable sports driving.

  LEGAMAX Sports
  Extreme Low Exhaust Pressure Design for Supercharger/Turbo Tuning High exhaust efficiency is provided by the low exhaust pressure appropriate for supercharger and turbocharger tuning. The low-speed torque is improved, and high-speed torque can be improved with ECU ReFlash tool.
  Natural sound liaison while shifting from low to high speed range induces acceleration.

  LEGAMAX Premium
  The standard sports muffler creates the exciting sound and provides comfortability of daily driving. The stock exhaust tips appear to be floating due to wide clearances between the tip and bumper and the size of the notch on the bumper. The 70mm dual exhaust tips on this product are well-balanced with the bumper notch, and the black chrome tips create a striking impression from the rear. Adding a little sound pressure to the original exhaust sound recreates the sporty sound quality making both daily driving and driving on winding roads enjoyable. Its moderate low-tone enhances the exhaust system's presence and the higher-tones imparting an elevated feeling to the driver.
